The Jubilee Fizz
A celebratory Champagne cocktail with delicate notes of British elderflower, lemon and peach.
Ingredients
- 20ml Royal Salute 21 Year-Old Signature Blend
- 15ml Elderflower Cordial
- 15ml Peach Puree
- 5ml Raspberry Puree
- 5ml Lemon Juice
- Dash Peach Bitters
- Lemon Zest
- 100ml Perrier-Jouët Champagne
Method
- Combine all ingredients except the Champagne in a shaker
- Add a small zest of lemon into the shaker
- Shake well with ice and strain into a Champagne flute
- Top with Champagne
At its best…
Served in a Champagne flute and garnished with an elegant mini macaron.
