No. The current Royal Salute product portfolio does NOT contain any of the EU recognised allergens. Although alcohol is made using cereals, gluten protein does not pass distillation and cannot be found in the finished product.
Please note that alcohol may make persons with allergenic issues more sensitive, therefore please consult with a medical advisor if you have any concerns.
Under EU regulations if products contain any of the recognised 14 allergens they must be reported on product labelling. The listed allergens are:
- Cereals containing gluten
- Milk (including lactose)
- Sulphur dioxide/sulphites
2. What is the shelf life of Royal Salute?
We would like to confirm there is no shelf life required for our current product range. Distilled Spirits are shelf stable at ambient temperatures.
However we do recommend that all our products are stored in a cool (10-25°C), well ventilated environment of medium humidity which is free from odours, as this will maintain them in optimum condition.
