A celebratory Champagne cocktail with delicate notes of British elderflower, lemon and peach.

Ingredients

  • 20ml Royal Salute 21 Year-Old Signature Blend
  • 15ml Elderflower Cordial
  • 15ml Peach Puree
  • 5ml Raspberry Puree
  • 5ml Lemon Juice
  • Dash Peach Bitters
  • Lemon Zest
  • 100ml Perrier-Jouët Champagne

Method

  • Combine all ingredients except the Champagne in a shaker
  • Add a small zest of lemon into the shaker
  • Shake well with ice and strain into a Champagne flute
  • Top with Champagne

At its best…

Served in a Champagne flute and garnished with an elegant mini macaron.
