The Mayfair

A simple yet sophisticated cocktail recipe

A little bitter, a little sour, a little fragrant. The Mayfair is vibrant and worldly and perfect before dinner.


  • 50ml/1.75fl oz Royal Salute 21yo Signature Blend
  • 2 drops of aromatic bitters
  • 20ml/0.65 fl oz hibiscus syrup
  • 50ml/1.75fl oz lemon juice
  • 3 drops of foamer Bitters


  • • Combine all ingredients
  • • Shake with ice and strain into a glass over ice

At its best…

  • Served in a tumbler with a single ice cube and garnished with a hibiscus flower. A delightful companion to canapés, or simply as an apéritif.
