The Crown Sour
A delectable sweet and fruity hibiscus sour.
Ingredients
- 35ml Royal Salute Harris Reed Edition
- 15ml Strawberry Wine
- 15ml Hibiscus Syrup
- 1 tsp Dragon fruit powder
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Egg white
Method
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake first without ice, then fill with ice and shake again.
- Strain into a tumbler glass with block ice and add a slice of pink dragon fruit. Use a cookie cutter to obtain a corrugated border.
