The Crown Sour

 

A delectable sweet and fruity hibiscus sour.

Ingredients

  • 35ml Royal Salute Harris Reed Edition
  • 15ml Strawberry Wine
  • 15ml Hibiscus Syrup
  • 1 tsp Dragon fruit powder
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Egg white

Method

  • Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake first without ice, then fill with ice and shake again.
  • Strain into a tumbler glass with block ice and add a slice of pink dragon fruit. Use a cookie cutter to obtain a corrugated border.
