The Bellini Royale
A tropical mango twist on a Champagne Bellini.
Ingredients
- 30ml Royal Salute Harris Reed Edition
- 30ml Mango liqueur
- 10ml Pineau des Charentes
- 60ml Champagne
Method
- Add all ingredients except the Champagne into a mixing glass
- Stir with ice for 10-15 seconds until chilled and lightly diluted
- Strain into the champagne flute
- Top with champagne and an edible garnish
