The west coast comes to life, complete with an invigorating splash of sea spray. It’s like a Rob Roy with wind in its hair.
Ingredients
- 45ml/1.5fl oz Royal Salute 21yo Lost Blend
- 10ml/2 teaspoons Italian vermouth
- 5ml/1 teaspoon Manzanilla
- 1 drop saline solution
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass
- Add ice, stir and strain into a glass

Served in a martini glass taken straight from the freezer. Enjoy with oysters or seafood in spring and summer.
