Fragrant with tea and citrus, rich with walnut
and pear, The Cambridge is an intrepid journey through the enigmatic flavours of the Peated Blend.
Ingredients
- 35ml/1.25fl oz Royal Salute 21yo Peated Blend
- 15ml/0.5fl oz Pear and cognac liqueur
- 40ml/1.5fl oz orange-infused lapsang souchong tea
- 10ml/2 teaspoons sugar syrup
- 3 drops black walnut bitters
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass
- Add ice, stir and strain into a glass with ice
At its best…
Served in a tumbler with one ice cube and a garnish of honey-coated walnuts on a cocktail stick. Delicious as a nightcap when it’s cold outside.
