A simple yet sophisticated cocktail recipe
A little bitter, a little sour, a little fragrant. The Mayfair is vibrant and worldly and perfect before dinner.
- 50ml/1.75fl oz Royal Salute 21yo Signature Blend
- 2 drops of aromatic bitters
- 20ml/0.65 fl oz hibiscus syrup
- 50ml/1.75fl oz lemon juice
- 3 drops of foamer Bitters
- Combine all ingredients
- Shake with ice and strain into a glass over ice

- Served in a tumbler with a single ice cube and garnished with a hibiscus flower. A delightful companion to canapés, or simply as an apéritif.
