Spring Heather
Wind down with an after dinner drink inspired by the wilds of Scotland.
Ingredients
- 35ml/1.2fl oz Royal Salute 26 Year Old
- 15ml/0.5fl oz Dundee Cake Liqueur*
- 30ml/1fl oz Heather Cordial
- 10ml/0.3fl oz Manzanilla La Gitana
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass
- Stir to incorporate all ingredients and strain into a tumbler over a block of ice
*To make the Dundee Cake Liqueur:
- Add 150ml Almond Nordini, 100ml water, 30g raisins and 35g dried cherries to a food processor, blend and fine strain
At its best…
Served in a tumbler with a single cube of ice and garnished with a square of honey sponge. A deliciously elevated cocktail to round off any sophisticated dinner party.
