Since 1953, Royal Salute has continued the tradition of marking significant events in the lives of the British Royal family. This outstanding expression commemorates the wedding of HRH Prince Henry to Ms Meghan Markle.
Every whisky in this exquisite blend has been matured entirely in American oak casks as a tribute to Ms Meghan Markle’s American origins.
Only 70 bottles were made, in individually numbered, hand-blown crystal decanters and presented in a handcrafted American oak box. This blend unites some of the oldest and rarest whiskies from the Royal Salute collection.
An incredibly sweet nose offers notes of vanilla ice cream and chocolate fudge, followed by mandarin orange and a dusting of spicy cinnamon.
The taste is rich, fruity, and beautifully balanced, with flavours of ripe banana and charred pineapple, followed by a hint of almonds and dark chocolate ginger sweets. The finish is long and sweet with creamy vanilla.
