The Royal Malt
A warming winter whisky cocktail
Full of depth and body, with a cosy cloak of seasonal spice. It’s the last drink of the evening as the fire becomes a glow of orange embers.
Ingredients
- 50ml/1.75fl oz Royal Salute 21yo Malts Blend
- 1 teaspoon clove syrup
- 20ml/0.65fl oz soda water on the side
Method
- Combine the whisky and clove syrup in a glass over ice
- Serve with soda water on the side to add if desired
At its best…
- Served in a tumbler with a single ice cube, garnished with dried pear. The perfect nightcap for long winter evenings.
