Full of depth and body, with a cosy cloak of seasonal spice. It’s the last drink of the evening as the fire becomes a glow of orange embers.


  • 50ml/1.75fl oz Royal Salute 21yo Malts Blend
  • 1 teaspoon clove syrup
  • 20ml/0.65fl oz soda water on the side


  • • Combine the whisky and clove syrup in a glass over ice
  • • Serve with soda water on the side to add if desired

At its best…

  • Served in a tumbler with a single ice cube, garnished with dried pear. The perfect nightcap for long winter evenings.
