Samba Sundowner
A sgroppino style Champagne float with passionfruit and citrus.
Ingredients
- 15ml Royal Salute Rio de Janeiro Polo Edition
- 15ml Passionfruit syrup
- 45ml Champagne
- A quenelle of lemon or lime sorbet
Method
- Pour the whisky and passionfruit syrup into a cocktail shaker, then add ice
- Stir all ingredients until well-chilled
- Strain the liquid into a chilled coupette glass then top with Champagne
- Finish with a quenelle of sorbet
At its best…
Garnish with elegant ribbons of lime peel.
