A sgroppino style Champagne float with passionfruit and citrus.

Ingredients

  • 15ml Royal Salute Rio de Janeiro Polo Edition
  • 15ml Passionfruit syrup
  • 45ml Champagne
  • A quenelle of lemon or lime sorbet

Method

 

  • Pour the whisky and passionfruit syrup into a cocktail shaker, then add ice
  • Stir all ingredients until well-chilled
  • Strain the liquid into a chilled coupette glass then top with Champagne
  • Finish with a quenelle of sorbet

At its best…

Garnish with elegant ribbons of lime peel.
