Copacabana Cooler
A refreshing long drink with kiwi, pineapple and lemon.
Ingredients
- 30ml Royal Salute Rio de Janeiro Polo Edition
- 20ml Kiwi liqueur
- 20ml Pineapple juice
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 10ml Sugar syrup
Method
- Build all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice
- Fine-strain into a tumbler glass with block ice
At its best…
Garnish with a kiwi slice topped with star anise.
