Smooth as velvet, with rich, berry flavours. What better way to pay tribute to a superb dinner?


  • 40ml/1.5fl oz Royal Salute 21yo Signature Blend
  • 15ml/0.5fl oz wine-based aperitif
  • 5ml/1 teaspoon vetiver and patchouli liqueur
  • 20ml/0.65fl oz fresh lemon
  • 25ml/0.9fl oz berry shrub


  • • Combine all ingredients
  • • Shake with ice and strain into a glass over ice

At its best…

  • Served in a tumbler over a single cube of ice and garnished with an edible skeleton leaf. A luxurious dessert cocktail for the colder months.
