The nose is fruity and sweet with notes of peaches in golden syrup, sweet honey and thick caramel toffee with a hint of cinnamon. In the mouth, full flavours of ripe pear and toffee apple reveal hints of crème brûlée, vanilla, and butterscotch with a trace of liquorice and soft ginger.
