Experience a sweet taste of India with our Polo Jodhpur cocktails.

 

No post-polo soirée would be complete without an elegant whisky cocktail. We’ve created two bespoke serves that perfectly complement the profile of the Polo Jodhpur Edition and hero the famous flavours
of India.

THE ROYAL PINEAPPLE

Delicate cardamom complements this refreshingly fruity serve, perfect for sipping in the sun.

Ingredients

  • 40ml Royal Salute Jodhpur Edition
  • 20ml fresh lime juice
  • 15ml cardamom syrup
  • 25ml fresh pineapple juice
  • 20ml soda water

Method

  • Muddle 3 green dry cardamom pods per serve in mixing glass.
  • Add the whisky and leave to infuse for a moment.
  • Separately, add all other ingredients (except the soda) to a shaker.
  • Add the whisky & cardamom to the shaker with the other ingredients and shake over ice.
  • Double strain into glass with raspberry dust rim, add soda to finish.

At its best

  • Garnish with freeze dried raspberry dust, pineapple leaves and a slice of fresh pineapple.
THE POLO EXPRESS

An indulgent after-dinner serve enriched with sweet chai to ease you into the evening.

Ingredients

  • 60ml Royal Salute Polo Jodhpur Edition
  • 30ml fresh orange juice
  • 20ml fresh lemon juice
  • 5ml simple syrup

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a cold shaker
  • Add ice and shake for 20 seconds
  • Strain into a tumbler with chai sugar rim and ice

At its best

  • Garnish with a flamed blood orange wedge.
