Ingredients

  • 50ml / 1.7fl oz Royal Salute Polo Estancia Edition
  • 7.5ml / 1.5 teaspoons Elderflower Cordial
  • 10ml / 2 teaspoons Yellow Chartreuse
  • 50ml / 1.7fl oz Kaffir & Chamomile Tea
  • 70ml / 2.5 fl oz Tonic

Method

  • Combine all ingredients
  • Pour into the highball over ice and top up with tonic

Served in a highball glass with a single cube of ice and a garnish of fresh lime skin and dried lime. A perfect cocktail for light and refreshing daytime enjoyment.
