Ingredients
40 ml Royal Salute 21 Year Old Polo Jodhpur Edition
20 ml Fresh Lime Juice
15 ml Cardamom Syrup*
25ml Pineapple Juice
20ml Soda Water
Method
Muddle 3 green dry cardamom pods per serve in mixing glass.
Add whisky and leave to infuse for a moment.
Separately, add all other ingredients (except soda) to a shaker.
Add whisky & cardamom to shaker with other ingredients.
Shake over ice.
Double strain into glass with raspberry dust rim.
Add soda.
