Created by Jean Ambrosi, whisky sommelier at The Connaught Hotel in Mayfair, this elegant serve delicately balances the opulent fruity notes of the 21 Year Old Signature Blend with soft jasmine and bergamot.

Ingredients

  • 45ml Royal Salute 21 Year Old Signature Blend
  • 30ml Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
  • 10ml Muyu Jasmine
  • 5ml Italicus Bergamot Liqueur
  • 1 dash Peychaud Bitters

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass over ice
  • Stir for few seconds
  • Pour into a chilled glass

At its best…

Served in a tall, chilled martini glass, this delicately balanced cocktail is best enjoyed as a pre or post dinner aperitif.
