An exquisitely refreshing cocktail to elevate celebrations
The perfect way to elevate your Lunar New Year celebrations and wish health and prosperity to all.
Ingredients
- 35ml/1.2fl oz Royal Salute Lunar New Year Special Edition
- 15ml/0.5fl oz Green Tea Honey Syrup*
- 40ml/1.35fl oz Champagne
- 3 Dashes Orange Bitters
Method
- Combine the whisky, syrup and bitters in a glass with a block of ice
- Stir to incorporate all ingredients and top up with champagne
- *To make the Green Tea Honey Syrup: Brew 3g of green tea in 200ml/6.75fl oz boiling water for 2 minutes, and strain. Add 100ml/3.35fl oz of honey, stir to blend and allow to cool.

- Served in a tumbler with a single cube of ice and garnished with a dried orange slice. A delicious cocktail to ring in the new year with friends and family.
