The 24 Year Old Cognac Cask Finish is an exceptional permanent expression created by Master Blender Sandy Hyslop, with an incredibly rich and luxuriously decadent character.

Matured for a minimum of 24 years, this unique scotch is a testament to Royal Salute’s blending expertise, and has been meticulously crafted containing single malts from the renowned distilleries of Longmorn and Strathisla.

 

Tasting notes

NOSE

On the nose, bursting with notes of dark cherries and toasted oak, followed by sweet marzipan, rich caramelised figs, luscious lemon curd and peaches in syrup.

PALATE

A wonderfully complex palate with flavours of summer berry compote, apricot jam, set blossom honey, rich creamy caramel and a hint of freshly ground nutmeg.

FINISH

Long and rich, with a hint of spice.
